An exciting opportunity is happening in Arthur, November 23 at the Arthur Arena 1 to 3:00 pm. It is a poverty simulation. What is a poverty simulation? It is a guided experience exposing participants to the realities of poverty.  This event is being held by Circles Wellington County under the direction of Elizabeth Debergh, Circles Coach Gillian Keays and Circles Canada representative and Bridges Trainer, Gayle Montgomery. Support will be provided by Circle Leaders from both Guelph and Wellington County.
